The study examined the sorption of nine pharmaceuticals with differing physicochemical properties—Carbamazepine (CBZ), 17α-ethynylestradiol (EE2), and Diclofenac-sodium (DFC)—along with their metabolites: trans-10,11-Dihydro-10,11-dihydroxy Carbamazepine (TCBZ), Estrone (E1), Estriol (E3), 17β-Estradiol (BE2), 17α-Estradiol (LE2), and 5-Hydroxydiclofenac (5HODFC).\n\nChemometric modeling was performed, and the dataset includes detailed results from various statistical analyses, including canonical correlation analysis, Pearson correlation. Additionally, it contains physicochemical properties of the studied pharmaceuticals, including pKa, pH, logD, nAlb/nArb, nHBA/nHBD, and vdWSA.
