The edition uniquely features recordings made by secondary school students from Salgótarján, rather than linguistic researchers. The recordings were made in twelve locations. Transcriptions were created by linguists in collaboration with the student researchers. A kiadás egyedülálló módon nem nyelvész kutatók, hanem salgótarjáni középiskolás diákok által készített felvételekből áll, összesen tizenként kutatópontról tartalmaz beszélgetéseket. A lejegyzést nyelvészek készítették, az ellenőrzésbe a diákok is bekapcsolódtak.
