Abstract: |
The dataset contains lithospheric scale thermal models for the Hungarian part the NW Pannonian basin. Models provide past and present-day temperature predictions, considering the transient thermal effects of lithosphere extension and sedimentation associated with the formation of the Pannonian Basin. Models were built in the Hungarian coordinate system (HD72 / EOV) with a horizontal resolution of ~ 3 km and a vertical resolution of 200 m for the uppermost 5 km and 2.5 km down to 135 km depth.
