Abstract:

Water stable isotopic data series of the largest shallow freshwater Lake in Europe, Lake Balaton, covering the period 1991-2008, with measurements from four sites, two from the centerline of the lake near Siófok and Balatonszéplak and two at the mouths of inputs to the lake, the River Zala and the Western Belt Canal. Sample frequency of δ18O and δ2H varies from weekly to monthly.
