Founded in 2017, the research group has become a leading hub for pragmatics within Central Europe. An integrative pragmatic model is central to the group’s work, informing research in areas such as sociopragmatics, intercultural communication, and translation studies. This work has been recognized with the National Excellence Research Grant of Hungary, and findings are regularly disseminated through publications in leading academic journals and presentations at international conferences.

A 2017-ben alapított kutatócsoport a közép-európai régióban vezető pragmatikai kutatóközponttá vált. Az integratív pragmatikai modell a csoport kutatásának központi eleme, amely hatással van olyan területekre, mint a szociopragmatika, az interkulturális kommunikáció és a fordítástudomány. Kutatásaink elnyerték a Tématerületi Kiválósági Program (Nemzeti Kutatások Alprogram) támogatását, eredményeinket rendszeresen publikáljuk vezető tudományos folyóiratokban és mutatjuk be nemzetközi konferenciákon.
