Navigation in the AROMA GUI

In this chapter, navigation refers to how to access and open individual objects stored in the RO-Crate within the Metadata Editor panel. The concept of RO-Crate distinguishes between data entities and contextual entities (as defined in the RO-Crate Quickstart), but here we will focus on practical navigation within the RO-Crate file hierarchy (datasets, files) and other RO-Crate contents.

The section on File Navigation discusses navigating through the file system to access files, while the section on Entity Navigation covers finding and accessing all other objects, the so called Entities.
